Training Course on ‘Organisational Development’ in Guinea

SESRIC organised the Training Course on “Organisational Development (HRM, Governance, Strategic Planning)” at the Central Bank of the Republic of Guinea (BCRG) on 19-20 October 2016.

The Training Course was conducted by Mr. Kora LILIOU, Director of Management Control Department of the Central Bank of West African States (BCEAO) with the participation of 21 officials from the BCRG.

 

The training course focused on the following topics:

Introduction

  • Challenges of central banks
  • Lessons learned from previous plans
  • Cases of other central banks

New methodological approach for strategic planning

  • Key innovations of the new methodological approach
  • Organizational arrangement
  • Main steps of the strategic planning process at the BCEAO

The control mechanism of the strategic plan

  • Project monitoring device
  • Management Tools
  • Control Review
