SESRIC organised the training course on "Valuation of Start-up Companies" at Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) of Republic of Azerbaijan on 7-8 November 2016.

The training course was conducted by Mr. Adnan Serhat Görgün, Director of Marketing and Sales at Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. of Republic of Turkey with the participation of relevant officials of BSE and the representatives of investment and start-up companies from private sector.

The Training Course focused on the following topics:

• Initial Public Offering (IPO) preparation
• Capital gains through capital markets
• Start-up financing methods
• Company evaluation and increase in market value
• Listing and IPO
• Universal Banking System
• Post listing requirements
• Data dissemination
