Within the framework of SESRIC Social Development Capacity Building Programme (SD-CaB) and in collaboration with the OIC General Secretariat, SESRIC organised a Webinar on “From Family Planning to Family Promotion: How to Achieve Pro-Natal Policies in the OIC Member Countries” on 28 July.
The webinar included expert-led sessions benefiting 87 professionals from relevant ministries and institutions across 24 OIC Member Countries.
The aim of the webinar was to provide policymakers, practitioners, and relevant stakeholders with insights into designing, implementing, and evaluating pro-natal policies in OIC Member Countries. It focused on strategies that combine social, economic, and institutional approaches to encourage family formation, support parents, and enhance the overall well-being of families.
